Viewed a house last Saturday.
Nice run through woods, fields and snickets to get there. New F-lites off at doorstep for open viewing. Offered but was out-bid. Pah! Great running routes on doorstep if I'd got it.

I've got a cheque to pay in and a library book to take back but I may not - if it rains, it'll render both unuseable

If I ever get a cheque to pay in, I tend to include a stop at the bank on my route. Also have run to get the car back from the garage. That sort of thing. I did buy some toilet rolls once, and ran them home in a backpack

I drove my daughter to her flute lesson last week, dropped her off and then legged it away from my car for 15 minutes and then 15 minutes back again to meet her when she came out - only time I had spare to fit in a run that day, you have to make the most of it!
Just glad I didn't get lost or I would have been popular!

Nothing too unusual apart from running with some envelopes/cards that need taking to the post box or hand-delivered to people's houses en route.

Only the normal stuff, cheque to the bank, dropping car at garage, posting mis-directed mail. I have run back from the chippy while staying away for work, I was also carrying sandwiches and a chocolate bar for the next days lunch.

I'll sometimes run via the chemist's to collect my 'normal' pills.

I used to deliver a church magazine - about 12 copies on a 5 mile circular route. Could never decide whether it counted as intervals or fartlek

I've often spectated at my kids rugby matches etc by dropping them at the club and then exploring the local area if its an away fixture. And I've done the "drop off the car at the garage and run home" approach by picking a garage that is a suitable distance away.
Also if I'm out with the family shopping or something similar, I've arranged to run back home from time to time to help things fit in better.
