If piping icing is too hard, what the hell are you doing trying to make a wedding cake?!? Straight on the charity shop pile...

Don't do cards so never offend anyone by not sending them one because everyone knows that we don't. Don't have a TV either. Everyone's richer and no ones disappointed. Are we Bah Humbug? Nope - we had a great time. Nice food, good wine. A walk in the hills. A roaring log fire with snoring dogs.

I did get a really nice book with old pictures of the town I live in, it's good to see how it has changed over the last 50/60 years.

I have unwanted Mary Berry eggcups with matching spoons and a running vest ( Or is it a running vest? Is it 'active wear'?) There is not much to it. The back is a Y of elastic. It is very clingy. The girls said it was sexy, but I reckon only if you like grey sausages.
