For the lad Fetch - is Resolution Hurtbox the same as the old target mileage? Or is it more like the Training "Goals" bit (which is a bit more personal, I suppose?) http://www.fetcheveryone.com/resolve.php Could we have a "Target Training Hours" rather than just mileage pls? And hence it would need to be : Bike, Swim, Run, Cross or All options pls? Ta :-)G |

Seconded. There's a great total training hours thread on here (ably supported by Mr Happy) where we run, bike, swim, , shred, body balance, do core work, weights, kayaking and anything else we can think of to stay fit and healthy. Sometimes it's not the distance, but the quality and consistency. |
