Whilst I've always believed that workplace bullies should be shown the door, it's important to remember that this government is like Shaun of the dead.

Beat one home secretary to death with a pool cue and there's another zombie waiting to take their place. And another. And another.

Really didn't take long for this shower to start falling apart.
"The Nasty Party" isn't even the half of it.
Beggars belief that they got in.

It's lucky that we've got an experienced Chancellor with a good team of advisers to get us through the upcoming Covid-19 financial crisis. Oh wait ...................

How many children does that make? Obviously, being of the upper classes he has a right to father as many children as he likes.

Some bizarre Victorian values comments coming here.

What’s wrong with born outside of marriage?

In other news, Jeremy Corbyn says if he’d been prime minister he would have nationalised Coronavirus

Good thing too TMW, it would have slowed Coronavirus down to the speed of a British Rail diesel.

Nowt wrong with children born out of wedlock, TMW. It is pretty much the norm, now.

However, leaving a panoply of single mothers in one's wake is rather at odds with Mr Johnson's own professed ideology.

It is the hypocrisy, especially after all the whisperings in about Gordon Brown until the marriage and then tragic death of his daughter. And this was in "tolerant" times, Blairism at its height.

Of course it's back to the definition of modern conservativism:

"those who want to be protected by laws but not bound by them, while they want others bound by laws but not protected by them."

or cake-ism , which came to the for in Brexit negotiations and has been with us ever since.

I'm just amazed at how the so-called journalists (including the BBC) seem to believe that the Boris baby is more important than a looming financial crisis, coronavirus, Rutman/Patel and the US/Afghan agreement.

Name-calling will be called out, and Ad hominem will be frowned upon. :-) And whatabout-ery sits somewhere above responding to tone and below contradiction.
