The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

If we pay can we get an extra 10% uplift in our hits for the fetch addiction counter :-)

Or what about any competition prizes being available to paid up members only (probably some rules about that though)

Ive often worried about losing my training and racing history if anything happened....any way to safeguard this in the case of anything ever happening to the site if you pay.

Agree with others, car sticker and pin badge not really incentives and what about year two....

Another thought, paying might then open up a re

I've decided to contribute as well. Since I'm not a member of a running club any more, this is as close as I'll ever get to one again. This place is the mutts nuts and I'm happy to fork out a bit for it's continual survival and betterment.

I shall sign up to the £25 option on my next payday. £25 per year is fantastic value for all the wonderful things this website has done for me over the years.

I don't really object to the ads either. They've kept it free for me and I've appreciated that over the years

Since being a member of this site I've been fortunate enough to win two prizes through it...one was entry into a race which would have cost me £25 otherwise, the other was some running kit for collecting five kingkongs on the Fetchpoint game at a value of I'd imagine at least £50 maybe more. So I've either had 18 months, 3 years or 7.5 years worth of the site already depending on which level of subscription I went for.
