excellent . . the other thing to ask is that you slow down so I can get a reasonable photo of you - the old reflexes aren't so quick these days you know!! :-O

Just stand at the top of the main slope to the finish, that usually slows most of us down

anyone running next weekend ... 20th ... as I'm at the Beer Festival and not needed until mid morning I intend making an attempt at reducing my PB to something a little more reasonable and would be good to share a celebratory cuppa and bun with a few of you afterward :-)

can't do next weekend :(

Last night at club they said that there is a special "clubs" event, I think it's the 1st weekend of May, and there are prizes for the club with the biggest turnout, and a team competition. I don't have all the details yet, but it looks like it could be an interesting one.

I should be there Saturday LA. Doing Bradford 10k on Sunday, so planning on marshalling on Saturday. Just as long as I get given a place where I can point with my right arm ;)

I'll most likely be there next on April 10th when I will be giving sub-21 a proper attempt.
