Just wanted to say thanks for the advice from fetchies. Achilles has been bad all weekend, so clearly popping some pills and then running 20km would have been incredibly stupid. Think it will be light bike-work, then the 10km race on Saturday, then bike-work again before the Half. Will keep icing it though and hopefully it will improve. |
