But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Sorry you didn't make it LR, we were hoping to meet you, hope you enjoyed Marriotts Way :)

We both had a great run, Jigs finished 3rd overall with a PB, I was 3rd lady and also got a PB :) Nice friendly atmosphere and a good turnout! :)

I'm getting withdrawl symtoms I've not done a parkrun on last two Saturdays and it is over month since I did the Norwich one. Back this week though and looking to trying and get back inside 21.

Yes, after the disappointment of missing the parkrun and meet-up afterwards, I made the most of my Marriott's Way run .....

Had my cousin cycling alongside me and he 'paced' me along a cool/drizzly 13.1 miles - from near Taverham to the City Centre and back again!

Loved it! ;)

New p.b. at Norwich parkrun 21.17 , on marathon training still feel strong . So after Edinburgh marathon i feel my p.b.'s are going to go , i breaking a few p.b.'s now on tired legs .
