Hills of Death (HOD)
I'd rest Monday

Tuesday swim/speed session like 6-10 1 min reps or 30 mins tempo

weds Bike 45-60m
Thursday Swim/ Easy run (30m) that's mins not miles 😉

Friday rest

sat long bike 60-90 mins

Sunday long run 60 mins

Put some brick runs on Weds bike after a few weeks

If you can fit another bike 45-60 in possibly Monday that would help maybe after a few weeks
