I felt like he was interviewing for a job and was trying to show that he knew all the right words.

The bloke from the restaurant works front of house, but I guess he knows some chefs who could give him tips.

They've changed the format slightly so they cook 3 at a time while 3 of the other contestants watch on. Pookie is the early favourite if you trust twitter. I liked the guy with all the hair.

I think Pookie might become rather irritating rather quickly, but that might be just me! I have seen a few of the Masterchef Aus recently - their format is a bit crazy...
