Welcome to Fetch, Big-bird. This was discussed earlier on another thread. http://www.fetcheveryone.com/forum__45054__beachbodys_insanity_workout For me, the DVDs have been worth the price because they have motivated me to work hard. I don't have a gym membership and I have used the DVDs often enough that they have been cheaper than going to a gym class on a casual basis, plus I can do them at times convenient to me. |

I used the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred which I enjoyed and toned up a lot. Its around £5 on Amazon or its free to view on you tube if you want to look at it. You need handweights. That's it.
