I’ve almost gotten consistent with doing pressups. But nowhere near enough. Shouldn’t have any issue with running, but haven’t done much of that. 🤣 I need to just get started properly!

The best day to start is today, JCB. Well, 10 years ago or today. ;-)

I did "Cindy" this morning: 20 minutes to do as many rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 press ups, 15 squats as possible. I got through 15 plus 5 pull ups and 8 press ups. Quite pleased with that.
