Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Did you have a good one?

Our bottle rocket exploded on its launch pad, causing everyone with visible range to turn and look at us. I was about a metre away, doing the pumping, and I've never heard a louder bang.

The Teaboy
I started off by Shinkansening back into Tokyo, getting the monorail across the bay for a last meal, then flying home over Siberia before narrowly missing a drone on approach to Heathrow. Then I got home and had a cup of tea.

Quite a bit of running, nice evening out at friends' house on Saturday evening, more running yesterday and a large roast dinner :)
Not long enough - but that's always true!

How much pressure did you get into it to result in that carnage?

Brighton marathon for me. A perfectly paced 4:10 so I'm intending to be a smug git for at least a week.

It was up over 100PSI. The bottle bulged in a very scary way, before finally giving in. Lessons learned.

:-) Saturday was a pottering-doing-jobs day to free me up for my LSR on Sunday (17.5 miles) and then Sunday roast. Managed to scare a horse on my LSR yesterday (unintentionally).

Saturday my daughter went on her first rugby tour. Assume it was good, what goes on tour, stays on tour and all that. Went shopping for a new suit, got a beauty, in fact, it was a suit so fine, it made Sinatra look like a hobo ;-)
