Sat Parkrun best for 3 years, lunch at with mum and wife and dog and walk on beach. Sun club run 15 miles, longest for 9 months and biggest week. Bit of house tidying then movies on the couch with MrsS(rrr). Chat with the boy who is off camping on Loch Lomond for 3 days, then going up to Isle of Lewis for rest of week with his mum.

Nice Exploding Rocket by "Fetch and the Boy". Sounds like an album title. :-) G

Mine was so good I wrote a long blog about it, but thank you for asking, it was great.

I believe all good space agencies have had rocket-exploding-on-launchpad incidents, you're in good company!

Cold, wet and muddy Park Run on Saturday, but a decent time and 1st in my age group ;-) Then the whole family over for supper on Saturday night. V rare to get all 4 kids together these days, so a good evening with plenty drunk and much rubbish talked, plus loads of laughing.
Sunday was recovery and VLM marshall briefing & clothes pick up.
No rockets, although i did get completely covered in crazy string on Sat night.

Pretty darn good :D

2nd best parkrun time ever on Saturday, beating my goal time by over a minute.

New 10k PB on Sunday when I started the race just hoping to cross the finish line in one piece.

I'm still not sure how it all happened, but I'll damn well take it :)

Down: Didn't get to run :-(

Up: Bought a rather natty pair of wool trews. Made in 1940 and pretty sure they've never been worn :-)

There's a "Bottle Rocket" song. Just the thing if you like childrens' tv, the seventies, hyperactivity and tigers. Ginger Bad Cat would probably get down to it. Though it doesn't have as far as I could see any actual home made projectiles.
