Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I did, 7k and no knee pain! Yipeeeh! And the sun is shining over the remainders of the snow on the hills... had to wade through water in places, but I dont mind wet feet, as long as it is not cold!

Sidcup 10 miler this morning. Conditions pretty good despite the threat of rain and wind. A PB by a couple of minutes 1:10:53. Well pleased:). Looking for another good time next week at the Brighton Half. And Mrs X PB'd at Brands Hatch half yesterday, so double :)

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
14 miles exactly. At 9.07 min mile it's my first lsr that's gone outside race pace. I know lsr's are supposed to be slower than race pace but my normal running speed is a lot faster than my mara target time.

Blisters not bad, just beginning to get a bit sore towards the end. Bit of a miracle really seeing as all bar the first two miles were run with totally saturated feet - the river in the park had burst its banks and so I had to slosh thro' it. Walked the deepest puddle but the others I just ran thro - quite liberating and enjoyable really. If rather squelchy!

Had a really weird 6th mile where I just slowed down for no apparent reason and couldn't pick it up. Didn't feel tired, legs felt ok, flat road. Thankfully the 7th mile was largely downhill so that put the wind back in my sails!!!
