Just Matt
Just under 5 miles in a trail race. The hills were hilly, the mud was muddy and both were in plentiful supply. It rained all the way from the car park to the start area, then stopped for most of the race, little shower half way through and then stopped again at the end. It did mean all the dry stuff to change into was wet but only down the road so not too bad. Really nice run actually

That man from March
8.4 miles round Grafham Water in the sun. Course good, my run was less than good though, felt lethargic.

LythamRunner
A tough Great North West Half in Blackpool - in around 1.34.30 ..... with a ridiculous headwind for half of the course (which I'm convinced disappeared when it was on our backs!).

rubbish, rubbish, rubbish, rubbish oh and a wee bit rubbish! 16 miles of rubbish. Does that convey how rubbish my run was today?

15 miles with hills at the start and the end, so the start and the middle were a pleasant trot in the awakening spring whereas the last three hilly miles did not leave a lot of time for looking at the surroundings.
