I've done my longest run for a year today - only 2 miles but felt great - no idea of pace or speed and don't care! Not sure how long my other weekly runs should be now (I try and do four a week) Should they all be 2 miles now or should some be shorter for now? I never was any good with training plans!

emsky - well done :) Increasing your weekly mileage by 10% a week has served me well. Run how you feel - shorter or slower if tired, longer or faster if you feel good. Try alternating between 3 & 4 runs a week for more variety and run on 'kinder' surfaces - grass, sand, trail - if possible.
