Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My first run using km splits rather than miles - it's like another language all this metric shenanigans. (I like the smaller distance splits though - once I get used to them)

Anyway, 8 km trail - a bit faster than comfortable. Lovely sunny afternoon (just beat the downpour nicely) and finished with a HR only slightly higher than usual.

There's a really good site (which is down at the moment) that I found yesterday that converts all sorts of running related stuff including pace at runningforfitness.org - hopefully the site will be back up soon.

First one was excellent - on the trails at Cannock Chase 7 and a bit miles with V'rap

Second one was also excellent - 4 miles in Sutton Park with V'rap and Kevin

20 miles straight after work.

Out for so long I managed to get soaked then dried out and too warm twice.

Still it's 8pm on Friday and my weekend LSR is out of the way and I can veg out in front of the TV for FLM on Sunday morning.
