Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Fizz :-)
I haven't had any real issues with the 235, it occasionally doesn't register my heartrate if I haven't worn it for a few days, and it's pretty rubbish at knowing whether I'm asleep or awake through the night.

The GPS distance seems to be ok (as it happens, I duplicated my runs on Saturday, using the Fetch app, and the 235 - the ones currently down as "general" are from the app, if you want to compare).

I love the 235, especiallly the customisable screens and widgets available on Connect IQ, but I've never used anything other than a Garmin.

Thanks - useful. I'm not too worried about the heart rate - that would be more for curiosity's sake. I too have only ever used Garmins so I am hesitant about switching to a new make completely. (I am the same with phones!).

I love my 235 all in but often swear at it when an hour or so after a long run, marathon etc it tells me to move 😂

You have to turn it off on the website (Garmin Connect) as well as the watch and, if you use it, Garmin Connect Mobile. Check they are all off and it will stay off.

so on garmin connect it is on the device settings page eg connect.garmin.com number] and turn it off there. In Garmin Connect Mobile its settings [three dots in the bottom right]: Garmin Devices: Choose your device: Device Settings

Hope you find it!
