Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What: bits and bobs

Why: at Salford 10k, not that I am doing it. Will get a few kms in, in the rain.

Ale, enjoy not doing the 10k! P has been doing the local 5 to 10k group recently, think he'll have to run the Kirkwall 10k in May now, it's not a fun route! I think I'll marshal!

Morning

You would get arrested if you cut the grass here @ElspethF . Unless it is a silent process. I was just weeding while the cake was in the oven. Just needs the topping now. Are you Ultraing again soon?

21 years old feels a long time ago now @alehouse . Enjoy the 10k - volunteering or spectating?

Go for the 10k @PeterFay

Enjoyed the pics, thanks @Derby Tup

The resident rodent is no more, found it in a trap this morning.

Have a nice Good Friday all, hopefully no travel stress.

What: mtb with OH this afternoon
Why: move the wheels on a running rest day
Last rest: today
Last hard: waiting for the cake to bake, took much longer than the recipe

Lyrics: no

Morning.

What: yoga this morning, probably run about 5k this afternoon. Tapering.

Lyrics: I recognise both the song and the song that it quotes, or is quoted by, depending :)
