Non-runner - if you work out a way of stopping after a couple of mouthfuls, you could earn a fortune!
I'm now 3 lbs away from target having lost 11 pounds during lockdown, on top of the 13 lbs I'd already lost. I think I might drop my target a bit once I get there though - not sure another 3 lbs will give me what I want but we'll see. Feeling so much better and enjoying being able to wear clothes that have been gathering dust for years.
Onwards and downwards, folks!

Great work Wimbledon and SarahWoo
I had a clear out a few weeks ago feeling a bit bleurgh I thought time to let go of these too small clothes tried them on one last time and they only blumming fit! Honestly I was blown away so like you SW I’m wearing clothes that have been locked away for easy 6-7 years. One pair of 3/4 casuals I tried on to take to Oz back in March and they were just say on no way fastening.
I’m currently 2.5lb off my initial target I set at SW back in November which was the 10% loss. As I rejoined after Oz and was 8lb lighter my now 10% is 10.5lb away. I probably would love to be there but we’ll see I’m not wanting to become a slave to the scales and at the moment I’m not unhappy where I am so slow and steady and see where I get too.
I’m generally ok as long as I can have anything if I say it’s out of bounds it becomes more of a problem. Last night I would have happily had my fave curry with peshwari naan and the world but I was more than happy with the prawns salad but if rice and a little curry sauce on the side. For me it’s a balance. The only iff balance is alcohol but I’m far from an alcoholic I drink more than some and a lot less than others. Trying to not be influenced by the people who don’t agree with drinking most nights - it’s a wine or G&T mostly but some nights I get carried away but not often.

Great stuff GG - as for alcohol I am personally abstaining as I am all or nothing, and am finding that it affects my mental health - mine is a wellbeing matter rather than saving calories. Everyone needs to find what works for them personally.

And I see my phone wants to call you Wimbledon again! Bliddy thing. Womble
You’re right it’s what is best for each of us personally it winds me down at the end of a day and I enjoy it. I don’t get hangovers so there’s no deterrent 😂

Cuddy
I'm doing the Michael Mosley Fast 800, so that's every day. Or more like 900 kcal if I'm honest. Based on reasoning of being really fat. The book says up to 12 weeks, I'm definitely going for minimum of 8 weeks. Then I'll gradually start adding in ~1800 kcal days. I'm not that hungry. I'm doing light to medium level circuits, dance workouts, long walks and some Qigong, 6 days a week, nothing too strenuous.

Oh that sounds tough Cuddy - I cant imagine having so few cals. Although I guess it's about the quality of the cals rather than quantity.
I'm thinking of trying 5:2. I need to look into it a bit more to see how it fits around exercise.
