Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sigh
Hope you can make Corby, Flatlander. Jingle Mile is the day before Telford 10k so I won't be able to make it.

Staying in a Premier Inn in Cambridgeshire or Shropshire, would make no odds :)

Fizz :-)
Good news / bad news for cake fans - they are having a cake sale fundraiser after parkrun at Corby this week :-) but this means I don’t feel able to give away 250th cake. :-( I will (hopefully!) be making a couple of cakes tomorrow for the sale though :-)

By bike it would be nearly 50 miles each way :-o ! I'd have to leave home about 3:30am! I think it is just a little bit too far even for me :-p

I would have part cycled it to and from the railway stations, being naive enough to think there was a cross country train route but no there isn't :-( . The only way is via London and that would be an overnight journey :-0 !

Regretfully, that leaves only the car :-( and even that involves negotiating the horrendous A14 construction works that are taking place around Cambridge. I'd have to leave home about 7am. If I do come, what is the car parking like at Corby parkrun?
