Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

GD is a much smaller field - 500 at Bedford 200 at GD. 50 pct on good tarmac the rest on hard pack, which is generally good.

You might start at the front at Bedford - but you'll be lapping people - possibly on twice!
I really enjoyed GD as it's the first lapped course I've done without being lapped - so the front runners must get an easier path through

Ooooh you lot do put spanners in the works sometimes ;-)

I'll look into it a bit more, especially logistics from / to Bedford when I know where the BBC is starting from and which pub we're ending up at :-)

FF did you make a decision on which parkrun you are doing on the 13th? Would be nice to get some support for you :-)

Mrs Jigs I haven't decided yet, I've had a bit on at home to think about that.

I've realised in the sidebar that Heckington is July not June, sorry.

I'm going to do Peterborough this Saturday all being well and as I'm sat here writing I'm more likely to do Great Denham as a) it's one I've not done and b) people reckon it will be better than Bedford.

I was considering parking in Bedford and running to Gt Denham and back for the BBC after. However then there's the logistics of the start, finish and pub :-) so I'm unsure now.

Plenty of parking at the P&R just about a kilometre from the start of GD, depends how far you want to run on the day.
