The Caravan and Camping club site it just over the road from Redbridge park & ride. Facilities a bit old but really clean. You can access a nice towpath walk in to the centre, about two miles, or get a variety of buses, including the park & ride one. 15 minute ride and ten to fifteen minute walk to University Parks, where there is a parkrun, so got a U for my alphabet. Great museums and architecture.

We’re thinking of getting a small campervan but I’m not really sure where to start, so was hoping to get some advice, please. We don’t have a huge budget, so I’ve been looking at VW T4s. Many of them have done more than 100K miles. That seems a lot to me, but I then read that many will last for up to 250K, so is a van that’s done 150K still a reasonable bet? The standard kit seems to be a bed, fridge, sink and hob. Is there anything else we should look out for / try to avoid? And are there any other makes/models that it would be worth looking at? Thanks in advance!

It also depends on what for and how you to plan to use it as for the spec. Will ask OH for any do's and don't when I get home. We had some great adventures in out T4
