Sorry we had to leave before the cakes were finished (and the pub visited), but Mr Nic the Fizz made me take him to Mcdonalds (he wonders why he's not the sylph-like 12 stone runner he used to be!) Little Nic the Fizz beat me in both races, i feel time catching up on me!
