I am chilled because of a chilled weekend. And I didn't ring my Mum yesterday. I have to ring her tonight. I may not be chilled after that. Oh, and I have the day off.

I have been for a run today, the first time in a good few weeks but for the first time ever I listened to my body and run/walked a bit, and guess what, it works 😂😂😂

Newts for me today, I ran this morning, can’t remember when I last ran on a Monday as treat it as a rest day, I wore a skort, first time out of running tights this year, I wore my new Saucony Endorphin Speed shoes, I like them, hope I will be fit enough to race in them before too much longer 🤞🏻
