Aww my friend is really struggling with stress & anxiety, I sent her a little gift to hopefully help her take some time for her to relax. I messed up as I missed changing delivery address. Noticed immediately and contacted them. They said they would amend the address but my dispatch note would show coming to me.

I received an email to say they are sorry they forgot to change the address but had sent another to my friend meaning I’ll have one and they hoped I’d enjoy it. I have ordered a few since last year they are little letterbox gifts and inexpensive but look great.

I have a newt today! I've been wearing a pair of brand new burgundy-ish jeans that I bought a while ago but haven’t worn. They're lightweight so just right for the Spring and it was great to wear something different. They make me feel slim too for some reason :)

LindsD, I've given in and bought trousers with elasticated waists. I feel properly middle-aged now! ;-)

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
