Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What a fab, happy pic :)

GM's newt is brilliant :)

I can't see "doing" my ails becoming a habit and I certainly won't be colouring them. Though I do paint my toenails as it hides black or missing ones

I have the same newt as Dipps, those lambs were so adorable! We also saw bluebells though looking again at the photo I think they might have been Spanish, I did think they were super early!

Time for the Newt of the Day.

A few items particularly caught my eye: I thought I caught a glimpse of Sharkie entering a real T&F competition....but then I read properly and oops, she didn't :-( On Newt of the Day thread, Mrs Jigs' rescued frog is a notable newt, IYSWIM. WA repurposing/salvaging an abandoned room is also highly newty and hopefully will prove to be a lasting benefit. Albeit maybe credit should also go to jennywren but I've not searched back in the thread.

But on a site that is primarily built around running, GM achieving more miles in a single month than ever before has to take today's NotD award! Congratulations GM! And thanks everyone for providing such optimistic and encouraging newts.

About This Thread

Maintained by Sharkie
starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
