Also joined an online St Patrick's day quiz hosted by some colleagues at work, which I've not done all year of wfh-ness, as far as I can remember. I won by an embarrassing margin and now fear the others who were taking part think I'm an insufferable prick. Ah well, the run was good.

I laughed til I cried and my tummy ached. Brilliant. Haven't laughed that hard for aaaaages. I know already that bits will pop into my head and I will start giggling at inappropriate moments for quite a while to come.

The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
