Just been out for my run. Ran down a particular path where all the trees were in blossom which they weren't the last time I went down there and then took a slight detour to run through a wood (more of a copse really) which although not exactly a newt I probably haven't run through the wood for about two years or longer

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
