Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Can anyone please advise where i can purchase discontinued trainers - my everyday shoes are Mizuno Wave Inspire but the Inspire 12 & 13 are nowhere near as good as the 11's or 10's - thank you

Nelly
This is usually a decent website for comparing (some main) websites fortsu.co.uk

Based on that, Amazon appears your best bet (depending on your size).

If google fails, I usually try Amazon, eBay, Sportsshoes, Sweat Shop, Start Fitness and Up & Running.

I've had the Mizuno Wave Inspire 5 and 8 and I'm looking at the 11 after being really disappointed with a Saucony pair. As mentioned above, a lot will depend on shoe size if a pair is still available.

I spent an hour this afternoon in the London Marathon Store. Did all the gait analysis, photographing arches, moulded soles, treadmill, etc. After trying out various brands, I went back to my favourite style (as per previous post) - a Mizuno Wave Inspire 13.

Opted not to have the moulded soles either. Not a wasted journey as it was good to try outa few other brands. The versions 5 and 8 were not there but the same style nevertheless, which I felt comfortable with.

Got something to say?
