A very short, sharpish incline at 2k just as a little tester. tiamo - I'll have to see if I can get use to 9am runs, I don't do fast runs that early normally

I've already gone and done a 5k race this week and had a club run tonight so won't be there but looking forward to making my parkrun debut in a couple of weeks. Have a good one tomorrow folks!
