I don't want to hold you back for that sub 3 ogee. would be an amazing achievement.I really don't know that many people who can do that. If the conditions a are fine go for it. I will run this one as hard as i can whatever my fitness mind. I have only done about 5 road marathons and all have been boiling hot. Apart fro the first one being kinda special , done on a whim, took santa's place who i didn't know then met loads of fetchies who have become such great friends and watched ruth finish her first i can honestly say i've hated the lot of them ! I can hope this one is cool .
btw i booked a place in the centre of town (@abi)so bomb and i can just crawl back from the piss up. stil only hopeful of SDW as well. only swimming a the mo . can even cycle hard!
Dave. Yes i'm really up for the training recce. You know i love the lakes in winter.

Flip, I may be going for 3.50 at abo so we could start together and hope for the best. Not sure I will be ready for it due to lack of speedwork but with no big ultras till then am hoping to squeeze some in
