Morning all

Well done to all the runners and hope niggles and injuries improve for those suffering. ITG hope things are OK.

Off to see some rescue animals today as weather meant to be cooler and no doubt t have some fish and chips in Cromer.

Cromer does excellent fish and chips. We are doing a rare thing and having a day out. We usually stayed parked up on caravan sites and travel as far as we can be bothered to walk, but as we are here for 9 nights, we need a grocery stock up, so are going to drive to St Ives for a look around and maybe later go to St Michaels Mount and Marazion.

Morning! Healing vibes and congratulations to yesterday's race heroes.

We're staying in Sidmouth today so we can assist son2 with various jobs (OH) and childcare (me) tomorrow. A bonus of this plan is that I can go out with the club for my run this evening, and the run starts at Stantyway Farm up on the SWCP. I've wanted to do this run for ages because the last time they ran from there they saw beavers in the river Otter. 🤞!

Morning all, we have had a lovely time at Cromford, one day we will move to this part of Derbyshire, I wish we could stay but we have to head home later.
