Virtual WHW Race completed. 14.9 miles with 1800ft of Ascent takes me to the 95 miles in 8 days. Really enjoyed this challenge 😃

Well done Dave! Seeing everyone’s pics made me wish I did it but my OH would have gone mad if I said I was doing it.

A curious thing I noticed on Retiring Suddenly's profile is that in the training record for the last week of May the runs and cycle rides are all duplicated (same distances, same times).
I managed to have a run in nice dry weather, just before tea; another 3.5 mls added.

The S will be senior. I assume the R is an indicator of a choice to not select male or female. Maybe R = Runner?

well done Dave.
Virtual parkrun with Kathy today and close to a VPR PB in 27:48, I then went on to push but only paid skin and blood tax to the ground... a nice big MS fall, now look like a plaster factory..... no real damage just a lot of grazes.... 6.37m done
Take care

Great running Dave, you were really up to the challenge!
RFJ, very sorry to hear that you have had another bad fall. Good though that no real damage was done.
Today was the 13th virtual isolation 5k challenge and I ran 26.46, which was 6 seconds slower than last week. My first mile was by far the slowest, being just 9.0 minute miling. My WAVA was 68.9 % and VO2 max 47.0.

Worked out that 1.1miles a lap will see me also complete a marathon distance for another challenge. Now done 6.6 miles and we are queuing to get into Waitrose to get some lunch. Trying to do a fair few laps away from home as the only options there are half a mile up then half a mile down or half a mile down then half a mile up.
