Friendly, welcoming club based in Felixstowe but members come from various local areas. We train on Tuesday nights, meeting at 6:45pm at the Brackenbury Sports Centre on High Road West. Sessions last roughly an hour. Newcomers always welcome, you should be able to cover a couple of miles but speed isn't important. You'll also find a good chunk of us at the various local parkruns on Saturday mornings.
