Gokeith same course as last weeks west district relays-heavier conditions after some rain during week-ran 1st leg and finished in 2nd place 5secs behind winner,fell on a tight corner,lost 2places and took a bit of time to regain momentum-felt strong and pushed hard at end to move into 2nd place ran 4th leg for c team since they were a man short-13:16 so another decent run-didnt feel like i was pushing hard so pleased with this time too Kilmarnock Harriers & AC, Loudoun Runners AC 12:46 12:46 12:46 83.31

Sunbed Athlete Ran 1st leg.Lead from start to finish even after a fall on 1 of the downhill bends. Team went on to win the Champioships for the 1st time. Cambuslang Harriers, Scottish Veteran Harriers Club 12:39 12:40 12:40 82.18
