Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

1st :). Tricky underfoot conditions, ran tactically today, it wasn't about the time. Next up London
Started off at target 10k pace but couldn't keep it going over the mainly hardcore surface on the trail. Delighted to receive the prize for 1st female veteran! Nice pottery medal. Apologies to those who placed bets.

I thought that was really good fun today. Set in beautiful surroundings and it was nice to run a ten k where I thought there was more of a personal touch and everybody seemed really friendly . Beautiful weather and very much a community atmosphere about the place. The only challenge was the actual terrain itself. I though soggy conditions would be the challenge but my own challenge centred around continually concentrating at the ground so as not to go over on an ankle on the stones. Nevertheless one of my favourite 10ks yet . Well done to all the organisers at Buchlyvie . Highly enjoyable . Ill be back for the Half Marathon..
The recovery continues!!!
