shannon train to and from park run again this week, it works reall well. Quite blustery and the odd shower today but had lenses in and they held up nicely so could see :-). I started off alot nearer the front this time - probably about mid pack. So pacing seemed consistent through the race, barr the really hilly parts. However, it did feel quicker this week by more than my 5 seconds improvement so I must have slowed. BUT it did feel easy and I do not think my HR got too high as I do not want to push it too hard. Good finish however where I reeled a few in, but I could not pass a wee lad from Garscube in front of me (great prospect). Slow improvement so good scope to get better again next time. Nice to get out and put the feet up now watching the golf and feeding sprog #2 . Head all good too. Garscube Harriers 18:44 24:06 24:06 53.49
