Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Took this easy! my official time will be 10mins slower as I stopped to help a collapsed runner. It was also so i could take a rest as I was hungry and wobbly myself!
Great route and one I can do on my own since I am local! All in the bank for Abingdon later in year!
My official time will be very different - I stopped for about 45 mins to help an unconscious runner after about 12.5 miles - poor guy was out for about 40 minutes but started to come around once on oxygen. Hope he's ok.
Mr. K.
Not racing just pacing round. Update - was looking at 9.00min/m really (1.57.55) maybe slower. After going too fast I decided to break the race into three parts - it seemed better after that.

Splits - 8:32, 8:31, 8:40, 8:33.....9:04, 8:45, 8:46, 8:43.....9:34, 8:37, 9:15, 9:14, 8:56 + bit.

Hope that chap is ok. Nice to see some many `faces` today.
Cracking race, great scenery, well-organised, nice and flat so beat PB.
