About Me
I started running in the summer of 2005 with some friends of mine. This has helped to gain control of my epilepsy, and give me more confidence to go out on my own. I have also seen improvements in my asthma. I am not a competitive runner, but have enjoyed the races that I have run. As a committed christian I find that running gives my the quiet time I need with God and the 'space' to pray. I am a father of 4 and benefit from my wife's support. I am a priest in the Church of England and look after two rural villages in Kent. My runs are mostly around Rolvenden and are a mixture of road and off road routes. I had ankle surgery 5 years ago following a running injury and am now running to keep my weight in check.
