Can one of the PTs at the gym design a plan for you RH? I floundered when I was making it up for myself, but have seen progress now I'm following a proper tailor-made plan.
They did me a plan, but it’s quite basic and I couldn’t remember half of it anyway! Was hoping to get taught proper squats and lifts, but I think they want me to get a bit less weedy first!
