How fast was that, WOW. Very, very impressive PB Maura.
You are getting better and better and have peaked at the right time
Thanks everyone, ideal course for a PB - Twickenham to Kingston, over bridge and along river to Richmond and then back to Twickenham, only inclines are over the bridges - largely a club runners event so pace is generally fast!
Your list of PB's is impressive too, just one more to complete the set this year also.
Well done, I have not run that race but I did a Kingston marathon once which takes some of that route, it is beautiful around there. Congratulations you are catching my times very quickly. it took me 7 years to do pb on a 10 mile course.
Just noticed that you very nearly got a pb in the 2nd half as well as smashing your pb in the 1st.
