Just going to have to chalk this one up to experience! I felt sick with nerves all night and morning; which is normal for me, but normally adrenaline kicks in and am fine!! Not today... Pootled along quite nicely for the first 5k; then felt so ill; just so pleased that Mandy was there to talk me into getting around... Ron's speed sessions are working though - when I saw the end - I was off!!! Special thanks to Mandy for the lift and her brilliant support today - and thanks to all the 'girlies' for looking after me afterwards... Was lovely to hear of so many PB's from other WJ's though - which is just soo fab! Maybe next time!!!?

you turned up and you ran, a great team player what ever your time was well done.
You did will, it was very hot too, I now have discovered my arms, shoulders and neck are bright red! LOL Anyway you did good and all credit to you for the effort when you didnt feel well.
