Good running
Have you been away again? I love a 'prom' run!
Yes we were in a caravan on a 'Sun' holiday - I expect you know about that. We were at Borth on Wales' west coast. The prom -so-called is less than a mile long in a rather dilapidated village.
Perhaps not the idyllic prom I imagined then!
