Didn't have much notion after three days of no running. Told myself I could wear as much as I wanted, go as slowly as I wanted, and need only stay out for an hour. It was better than that. It always is. Knee a bit kniggly (0.5/10), colon cantankerous from eating too many plants, but finished because my legs were stiffening up and my form was starting to drift.
