Deep Water Workout at Gurnell.
With a buoyancy belt and a polo ball. Odd class - better than ordinary aqua aerobics, I think. I was the youngest and fittest by miles. And the only one with goggles and a hat. It was nice to be in the water. The lower body stuff was a bit rubbish, although sometimes using the water for resistance was good. The arm exercises were probably good for my shoulder, I guess. I might go again.
