Flitch way Spring.
Warmer than forecast!
Apart from the route being net uphill in both directions ;) it was really nice day out in the sunshine.
Endless splits as I had an idea that doing what the watch said would stop unscheduled walks - it didn't.

I need to find my ploddy pace and stick to it - Carpathius taught me a lesson in pacing today :)

Last 6 miles mainly walked as heels and right glute started to hurt and I reaally didn't want to damage anything ( and I'm lazy :) )
