PGER PB!! :-) Chip time spot on at 2:04:06 :-) My fourth and what a long way I've come from 2:26 on my first :-)

No idea how this was going to go after having a cold all week or how to tackle it so decided to try 9:30 m/m and see what happened. First time i have run it on my own. Weather was very kind, chilly start but perfect conditions. Felt fine all the way along although had a few moments where doubt crept in but pleased I only had one mile above 9:30 and that was the first. Had quite a lot left in the tank to work hard in the last mile so very pleased with the result. Getting ever closer to breaking that 2 hours :-)
