DrDebs depends on weather conditions and ice.....weston prom - 5.12 miles.i actually went through 5 miles in 28.58. wind, rain. no lighting. speed bumps. stupid cones x 6 like hair pin loops and a long course...oh, and some stupid dick head that tripped me over - i know i can go faster!!! Impossible is Nothing Finished strongly again, must try and push harder in the middle of the race. Time slow but not unexpected and felt a lot better than other runs this last fortnight - and it was pretty windy. Westbury Harriers 29:21 30:50 31:00 70.33
